WHO WE ARE
Illyrixa Holdings Ltd is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. We are a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17430808, with our registered office at 60 Tottenham Court Road, Fitzrovia, London W1T 2EW, United Kingdom.
Illyrixa Solutions L.L.C., our wholly owned operating company in Kosovo, forms part of the same group. Members of our team based in Kosovo access enquiries submitted through this site in the course of responding to them.

WHAT WE COLLECT
This website has three forms: Data Room, Reserve Capacity and Contact.
When you submit one of them we collect the information you enter. Across the three forms that may include your name, your work email address, your company and role, the nature of your interest in Illyrixa, and anything else you choose to write in the message field. The Data Room form also asks about investor type and typical investment size.
Each form also records the date and time of your submission, and your confirmation that you have read this policy. Each submission is checked for automated abuse before it reaches us; that check produces a short-lived verification token and is described under "Who we share it with" below.
We do not collect anything else through this site. There is no analytics software, there are no advertising or tracking pixels, there is no chat widget, and there are no maps or video embeds. Fonts are served from our own servers, so no font files are requested from third-party servers when you load a page.
Like any website, ours is hosted, and our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. Those logs contain IP addresses and are generated automatically whenever a page is served.
WHY WE USE IT, AND ON WHAT BASIS
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, to assess whether there is a basis for working together, and to keep a record of the conversation.
Where you contact us about reserving capacity or about access to our investor data room, we rely on Article 6(1)(b) of the UK GDPR: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Where you contact us generally, we rely on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f): responding to enquiries addressed to us and managing our commercial relationships. You can object to this at any time, and we will stop unless we have compelling grounds not to.
If we ever want to send you marketing material that is unrelated to your enquiry, we will ask for your consent separately, and you will be able to withdraw it at any time.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We use a small number of service providers. Each processes personal data only on our instructions.
Resend — sends the notification email to us and the confirmation email to you. Resend is a United States company; our sending domain is configured in their Ireland (eu-west-1) region.
Pipedrive — our customer relationship system, where each submission is recorded. Pipedrive is an Estonian company; our account is hosted in the London region.
Vercel — hosts this website. Vercel is a United States company. Standard hosting logs, including IP addresses, are generated there.
GitHub — stores the content of this website and the content management system. GitHub is a United States company.
Cloudflare — provides Turnstile, the check that distinguishes human visitors from automated submissions on our three forms. Cloudflare is a United States company and operates globally. Turnstile does not set advertising cookies and does not track visitors across websites.
We will also disclose information where we are required to do so by law.
Form submissions are not stored in our content management system, and we do not keep enquiries in spreadsheets or shared documents. They go to the two services named above and nowhere else.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Some of our service providers process personal data outside the United Kingdom.
Where a transfer is to a country covered by United Kingdom adequacy regulations, we rely on those regulations. Where it is not, we rely on the International Data Transfer Agreement, or on the United Kingdom Addendum to the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with an assessment of the transfer.
The same applies to access by our colleagues at Illyrixa Solutions L.L.C. in Kosovo.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep enquiry records in Pipedrive for twenty-four months from our last contact with you, unless our discussion leads to a contract, in which case we keep them for as long as we are required to keep records relating to that contract.
Email copies of submissions are kept for the same twenty-four month period and are then deleted.
Hosting logs are retained by our hosting provider in line with their standard retention period.
COOKIES
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or any consent management platform, and it does not display a cookie banner, because it sets no cookies for ordinary visitors.
One cookie exists. It is called illyrixa_cms, it is set only after a successful login to our content management system, and it exists solely to keep that session open. It is not set when you browse the site, and it is not used for advertising or measurement.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict how we use it, to object to our use of it where we rely on legitimate interests, and to receive it in a portable form.
Write to info@illyrixa.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We will update this policy when what we do changes. The version number and date at the top of this page tell you which version is in force.
